Belt' written by
Henry Plee, the man who it can be said introduced karate to England.
This book was originally released in Plee's native french and
at the time, back in the mid 60's the only person who could translate
it was Iain MORRIS a 2nd dan from Judo. This was given to me
by a fellow karate-ka Michael Roberts, better known to everyone
as Bruce and who is a 2nd dan in Shotokan Karate.
